How do I order a driver?
Use the form on the site or call us. About a minute, no sign-up.
Can I book in advance?
Yes: choose “Scheduled” in the order.
How fast will the driver arrive?
It depends on the address and the time of day. The request page shows when a driver is assigned and when they are there.
Can I change or cancel a request?
Yes — on the request page until the ride starts, or by phone.
How much does it cost?
Pickup 5 000 ֏, each km 500 ֏, waiting 100 ֏/min after the first minute.
Is waiting charged?
The first minute is free, then 100 ֏ per minute.
Can the driver drive a manual?
Yes, mark it in the order and we’ll send the right driver.
How does the driver get to my car?
On their own; it’s included in the pickup.
How do I know what is happening with my order?
After an online request its page opens: it shows whether we are looking for a driver, whether they are on the way and whether the ride has started.
Is my data safe?
We use it only for the order and never share it with third parties.
