Terms of service

1. The service

We provide a driver: a sober driver who gets you home, and a personal driver for a trip or for a while — in your car or the driver’s, in Yerevan and across Armenia.

2. How an order is made

You can place an order on the website or by phone. An order is accepted once we have confirmed it on the phone or assigned a driver. If no driver is free at the time you need, we tell you.

3. Price

The price is the pickup, the distance and waiting at the current rate, published on the Prices page. The price in the order form is an estimate: the dispatcher confirms it, and the final amount follows the actual route and waiting.

4. Payment

The dispatcher tells you how to pay when confirming the order.

5. Your car

If the driver drives your car, it must be roadworthy and have the documents needed to drive it. The driver may decline a trip if the car is faulty or unsafe — in that case we charge nothing for the trip.

6. Responsibility

The driver follows the traffic rules and takes care of the car. The terms of responsibility for the car on the road are published here and confirmed when you book.

7. Changes and cancellation

You can change or cancel an order on the order confirmation page or by phone until the driver starts the trip.

8. Questions and complaints

If something goes wrong, call the dispatcher or write to info@soberdriver.am. We look into every request.
