A personal driver for airport pickups
How to arrange a pickup at Zvartnots when the flight is late, there are several guests, or your own car is waiting at the airport car park. And what it costs.

Zvartnots Airport is 12–15 kilometres west of central Yerevan — about twenty minutes by road. But a trip to the airport is rarely “just a trip”: an early departure, a delayed flight, guests with suitcases, a car that has spent a week in the car park. A personal driver takes all of that off your hands.
1. An early departure
A 5 am flight means leaving home around three. Hailing a taxi at that hour isn’t appealing, and leaving the car at the airport for a week isn’t always convenient.
There are two ways. The driver comes in their own car and takes you to the airport. Or they drive your car, and once you have gone through check-in they leave it at the airport car park and hand you the keys — so it is waiting there when you return.
Book in advance: choose “Scheduled” and say when the driver should be at your door.
2. Meeting guests
If guests, parents or business partners are flying in, the driver meets them in arrivals and takes them home, to a hotel or to the office. You don’t take time off work or wait at the airport.
Put the flight number, the guest’s name and, if needed, how to reach them in the note to the order.
A good pickup is one where the guest decides nothing: they walk out of arrivals and someone is already waiting.
3. If the flight is late
Delays happen. The flight number in the note helps the driver and the dispatcher know when you will actually land. The driver waits; after the first free minute waiting is charged per minute at the rate — fairer than a flat “delay” fee.
4. Your car at the airport car park
A common situation: you flew out in your own car and left it at the airport. You come back on a night flight, tired, and the last thing you want is to drive.
Book a driver in your car: they come to Zvartnots, take the wheel and drive you home. The car comes back with you.
5. What it costs
The price is the pickup plus the distance — and waiting, if the driver had to wait. From central Yerevan to Zvartnots it is about 12 km; the order form shows an estimate as soon as you enter the address.
